And dinner was the last of that turkey jalfrezi we made last weekend. The garnish is sprouted fenugreek/methi seed ... which I had soaked prior to intending to plant them, but never got around to that, so they sprouted. Quite a nice little crunch to them actually.
It has been a hefty weekend, with two pre-8AM starts. Hopefully I can still drag myself up at 5AM tomorrow.
